Majority of the staff was amazing and compassionate with genuine concern for patient recovery. Clinical staff was also amazing. Would have received 5 starts but for some minor challenges.
All of the staff, nurses, and doctors are incredible. They all go above and beyond to make your stay positive. There were times when I would have a moment of weakness and want to leave, and the staff would help me through it. I’m so glad they were there to walk with me through all of my ups and downs. I can’t thank Recovery Ways enough for helping me through this difficult period in my life.
I would definitely recommend Recovery Ways to others struggling. I am very happy with the treatment that I received while there. The staff was really helpful and made me feel comfortable at all times. They provide you with a lot of coping skills and make sure you have everything you need during your stay and when you leave.
I’m really happy with the results. I have had multiple stays in rehabs, but this was the first one that really helped me think about my addiction and recovery differently. The way I approach my recovery with the tools that Recovery Ways gave me is completely different. I feel great and for the first time in a long time, I have hope and excitement for my future.
My stay at Recovery Ways wasn’t my first experience trying to get clean. But it was my best experience. They treated me and the other patients with respect and had faith in me even when I didn’t have faith in myself. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience here. Going through detox and withdrawal is hard no matter where you are, but the Recovery Ways staff seemed to have a sincere concern for my well-being. I would recommend them to anyone struggling with addiction.
I finally feel good about what I’m doing. I love their Sensory Room. Everyone was incredibly supportive and helped me get through detox. They really care about helping those that are struggling with addiction and recovery. I’m excited and optimistic about my continuing journey through recovery.
I just left there best treatment i ever received
High quality addiction and mental health treatment. Truly dedicated staff offering excellent client care in a comfortable setting. Highly recommended!!
My brother, who has dealt with addiction for the past twenty years, attended Recovery Ways. We thought there was no help for him since he had lived as an addict for so long. The treatment program involved some of the top therapist in the nation and centered on the core issues needed to be resolved to live a better life. There were many "demons" of his past that made it impossible for him to get better on his own. Not only did this program help him with these issues, they set up long term strategies and coping mechanisms that would continue to help him in the real world to prevent relapse. I am grateful for Recovery Ways and the people who truly care who work there. Thank you!
Our family was very fortunate to work with Recovery Ways. They provided flexibility, support, concern and care for our family member. The appropriate level of placement and care was provided. The social worker we worked with was always calm and willing to go the extra-mile and provide answers for our concerns. Recovery Ways has a step down program which our family member is currently going through. I feel confident this program will work in easing our family member back into a regular routine and provide the support needed to continue with sobriety. I am grateful for the family support and the alumni support offered in their program. I would highly recommended this program for others who are seeking addiction treatment.
Staff is extremely knowledgable and trained. They offer some super unique programs that help treat any other mental health issues associated with addiction. Very compassionate group of people who love their work!
I have been a part of the residential program at Recovery Ways. It was a most awesome experience. I loved the classes. I learned about addiction and how it effects the brain chemistry as well as my emotional well being. I never tired of being there. I learned to open up and to be vigilant at being honest and accountable for my choices. It was a safe place to learn, grow and heal. The variety of classes and experiences that Recovery Ways provided were hands down amazing. I received a new look into my illness with alcohol . I received insight and compassion for myself as well as my Recovery Ways family. With the support of therapists and psychiatrists I was able to begin my healing and I have continued in my recovery process. I S aw how my choices affected me and my family...the people I loved most. We are still healing and I am grateful for that. I have continued to grow and have remained sober. II continue to grow and feel great gratitude for my experiences there. I was supported as I healed mentally, physically and spiritually. I am thankful for the experiences I had there and am continuing my path of living a sober life.
Recovery Ways has the most loving and compassionate team around and I've had the pleasure of visiting a lot of different facilities. Their attention to each individuals personal needs blows me away and really creates an environment for true healing to occur!
I have used the services of the Mobile Assessment team on multiple occasions. I'm impressed with the timeliness in which they respond to my request and to my clients. The Mobile Assessment team is a unique service that I have only seen provided by Recovery Ways. Their assessors are knowledgeable, efficient, and compassionate. I have and will continue to use this service and will encourage others in the mental health community to do so as well. Thank you Recovery Ways!
I am an Interventionist working with treatment centers across the country everyday. I have had the pleasure of working with Recovery Ways many times in the past year and continue to be impressed with their treatment approach and genuine care for clients and professionals. I have utilized Recovery Ways for both men and women, varying ages and struggles, and the response has always been great. The facilities are beautiful, the counselors are patient and responsive, and the center has always been dependable with communication and care. Addiction is extremely tricky and the people we work require care, kindness, and compassion. I think Recovery Ways does a great job of representing the passion that goes into this work.
Recovery Ways literally saved my life. I had tried to get free from addiction multiple ways. Recovery Ways helped me gain the tools I needed, as well as already had, in order to find sobriety. I now know that I can do hard things and that ACTION does brings results. I would recommend this treatment center to ANYONE, including my family and friends. It was a perfect balance in giving me the opportunities to experience life and find ways to truly experience life, taking away the need to self medicate as well as be aware of my inner self.
My daughter, 25, is about to get her 30 day sober coin. She seems to be well treated, respects Recovery Ways, is happy, focused, and realistic. Over the past four weeks she has had a few bumps. But compared to the majority, positive "hops" she sounds like she is doing well and respects/appreciates the hard work of Recovery Way and their staff.
