Many people may not know that The UPS Store is a franchise that is in no way owned by United Parcel Service aka UPS. Refunds and complaints about UPS and USPS shipping not originating at this store should be done by calling these organizations. The UPS Store is way more convenient than printing my own label and scheduling a UPS driver to come pick it up, or driving all the way out to the hub in West Valley. Convenience comes at a price though. This is not the place to go off you are looking for the cheapest option. You're going to have to go stand in the line at the Post Office for that. This is the place to go if you want the easiest shipping experience possible. If you have an employee pack your item, you will be guaranteed a refund in the case of damage (up to $100 or more if you opt for the insurance. If you pack it on yourself, you may end up mired in lengthy disputes with UPS. This store also has a customer computer that you can use. Pro-tip: If you keep in mind that this is a business, which provides jobs, goods, and services by making a profit, you are most likely have a great shipping experience.
